When Sorry Mean Nothing At All

Sorry – feeling sorrow, regret or penitence (Merriam-Webster dictionary)
I’m sorry if I offended you.
I’m sorry for your loss.
I’m sorry that I wasted your time.
She was sorry to hear about their divorce.

It is sad to think that sometimes the correct meaning of a word diminishes when used in vain. Although in reality, still there are people who know the value of the word sorry but, it is also difficult to determine the sincerity of the speaker. Maybe due to the absence of the right words, sorry is the only word left to express that may

cover up lies and denials. Most especially if you said sorry to the one who loved and believed in you, do you think you are giving a fair reason towards that person. What is the use of saying sorry if you knew from the start that the word is enough to break her heart?

Have you ever wondered why you are sorry to someone you love and why do you say sorry

if you know from the start that you are going to hurt his or her feelings? Do you feel sorry because you regret the time wasted with her or do you feel sorrow for the love she had given to undeserving someone like you? Whatever your reason for being sorry, you never knew how much pain it caused to someone you have hurt.

Why do we often give dissatisfaction to those people who love us the most? Perhaps it is not intentional, consciously it is not planned, but it happens. Hopefully next time think carefully if it is necessary to say sorry or is it better to walk out without saying a word.

When was the last time you said sorry and for what occasion you feel sorry?
