Celery Is Rich In Salt (sodium)

The regular “table salt” is composed of insoluble inorganic elements. Salt is necessary in the generation and functions of digestive fluids in the system. Without salt, good digestion is virtually impossible, but salt must be entirely soluble in water.


During hot, dry weather, it is most soothing and comforting to drink a tumbler full of fresh-raw celery juice in the morning and another in the afternoon between meals. This has the effect of normalizing the body temperature.


Sodium is one of the important elements in elimination of carbon dioxide in our system. Deficiency of organic sodium results in bronchial and

lung troubles. The combination of celery and other juices are generally beneficial and have been used to help clear up deficiency in our

body, with almost phenomenal results.


Celery is very high in magnesium and iron content. Many diseases of the nervous and blood system are due to inorganic elements and salt taken into our body by means of devitalized foods and sedatives. The combination of celery, and carrot juice furnishes a balance of organic minerals in excellent, to combat tendencies of any nervous and lung diseases and help restore the body to normalcy where these afflictions have started or taken root.

The combination of juices from vegetables and fruits proved of such immeasurable benefit to ailing humanity from the cradle to the grave.
